STUDENTS HELPING STUDENTS® PHILOSOPHY
Welcome to Students Helping Students®!
We wanted to take a moment and share with you where Students Helping Students® came from and where we’re headed.
It was only a few years ago that we graduated from college, having made enough mistakes to fill a War and Peace-sized novel, learned more and different things than we expected going in, and made some tough decisions often without having enough advice to help us out. As we thought about our college experiences, we realized that some of the best and most practical advice we ever got came from our classmates and recent grads. It didn’t take long for the light bulb to go off and for us to start a publishing company and launch the Students Helping Students® series.
Our vision for Students Helping Students® is simple: Allow high school and college students to learn from fellow students who can share brutally honest and practical advice based on their own experiences. We’ve designed our books and articles to be brief and to the point—we’ve been there and know that students don’t have a minute to waste—extremely practical, easy to read, and cheap, so they don’t break your wallet.
As with all firsts, we’re bound to do some things wrong, and if you have reactions or ideas to share with us, we can’t wait to hear them.
